Be REAL. Let your clients know that you actually CARE about their success and well-being and engage them in conversation! Add them as a friend on Facebook and actually connect.

I know to some that may seem to cross a line of sorts but not to me. I don’t hide behind my computer in fear that my clients may have questions. Quite the opposite in fact. I make myself available. I engage them. I build trust. I build rapport. I build good-will. I build a RELATIONSHIP.

So if you’re looking for a strong USP in the Online space, try treating your customers and clients like real people and connect with them. Doing so will put you far ahead of most.
