It’s not traffic, it’s not list building, it’s not product creation, and it’s not social media.

There is ONE thing that is far more important that all of these. Do you know what it is?

My kids were off school and at home with me for 2 weeks which means I just got back to work a few days ago!

…and man, does it ever feel good! I can honestly say I LOVE what I do. The truth is, I actually miss working when I’m away more than a few days.

How about you? Are you back in the swing of things? Did you set any new years resolutions? Personal, business, and otherwise?

I won’t bore you with all my 2013 goals but I will say I did spend a few days clarifying EXACTLY what it is I want to achieve this year and more importantly HOW I’m going to do it.

From a business point of view I’ve decided that this year I want to spent a lot more time working one on one with my personal coaching clients.

I LOVE mentoring. It just gives me so much personal satisfaction seeing my clients succeed and knowing I played a part in it.

Actually, that brings me around to my earlier comment…

As powerful and important as traffic, list building, product creation, and social media are, the real key to building a profitable Online business is a combination of just two simple ingredients.

Do you know what they are? I already hinted at the first one.

It’s planning.

Now I know that doesn’t sound all that “sexy” but the truth is, when you take the time to plan out your road-map and detail exactly how you are going to build a profitable business, you have a MUCH better chance of succeeding.

A PROVEN plan!

It’s one thing to create your own plan of attack but the truth is…

You’re chances of success are MUCH better. Actually scratch that…

…they are dam near guaranteed if you MODEL a plan that has been PROVEN to work time and time again.

You see, if you want to be successful the best thing you can do is model someone who has already achieved what it is you wish to achieve, and simply copy their plan!

Alright, so having a proven plan is the first key to building a profitable Online business.
